The question ‘Who Am I?’ may seem philosophical when we are facing the daily pressures of a chronically too long To DO list, kids to feed and chauffeur, bosses, health issues…but actually coming to a clear understanding of who we really are can really help to reduce stress and keep us from getting lost in the daily minutia and challenges of life. When we have the big picture we can keep our priorities straight and pertinent. I have been drawn to re explore this recently and will be sharing with you.
